John Rosario

John Rosario joined ERI in 2016 as an Analyst in the firm’s Asset Management group. His responsibilities include performing valuations on portfolio assets and monitoring the performance of existing investments.

Prior to joining ERI, John was an Analyst with Sienna Capital Partners, a New York-based merchant bank providing capital markets and principal investment services for real estate and other real assets. While with Sienna, John was responsible for portfolio- and property-level underwriting and valuation, as well as preparation of investment offering materials.

John holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Alternative Investments from Fordham University.
