Equity Resource Investments Acquires Finley Apartments in Joint Venture with Brazos Residential

A fund managed by Equity Resource Investments, LLC (ERI), in partnership with Brazos Residential (Brazos), has acquired Finley Apartments, a 136-unit multifamily property located in East Dallas built in the 1980s. ERI believes that Finley Apartments will benefit from recently announced plans for a significant new investment by the City of Dallas into the submarket.

Additionally, ERI, through its partnership with Brazos, will seek to increase the property’s potential through a strategic affordable housing-focused business plan. The partnership also secured fixed-rate agency financing at 5.50%, with full-term interest-only payments.
