Equity Resource Investments Expands Team with Business Development and Acquisitions Hires

Equity Resource Investments, LLC (ERI) is pleased to announce we’ve continued to add to the strength of our Business Development and Acquisitions teams through a pair of new hires. Nina Dagbjartsson has joined ERI as a Vice President on our Business Development team, and Caci Rhuda has joined as an Associate in our Acquisitions group.

Dagbjartsson brings a background in venture capital and investment strategy to the role. Previously, she served as Head of the Investment Team at Companyon Ventures, where she played a key role in establishing the firm’s infrastructure and end-to-end investment processes. During her tenure, she led 16 investments and served on the boards of two portfolio companies. Prior, she developed and piloted a corporate venture strategy at Amazon while pursuing her MBA at London Business School. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Elon University.

As our newest Associate in our Acquisitions group, Rhuda will be tasked with evaluating and underwriting portfolio investments to support ERI’s strategic initiatives. Prior to ERI, she worked in acquisitions at Berkeley Partners, where she underwrote and evaluated value-add industrial real estate investments across major East Coast markets. Rhuda’s career began at Starwood Property Trust, where she managed commercial mortgage-backed securities portfolios and investments.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate & urban economics from the University of Connecticut.
