Equity Resource Investments Strengthens Acquisitions Team with Two New Analysts

Equity Resource Investments, LLC (ERI) is pleased to announce the expansion of our Acquisitions team with the addition of Margaret Mahoney and Evan McGreen. As Analysts in the Acquisitions group, Mahoney and McGreen bring valuable skills and
perspectives that will enhance ERI’s ability to strategically identify and evaluate potential investments.

Mahoney joined ERI this summer as an Analyst in our Acquisitions group. With a B.A. in Economics from Boston College, Mahoney brings experience as a Portfolio Management Intern on Bain Capital’s Real Estate team and as a Finance Intern at Citymark Capital. Mahoney’s background in economic analysis and financial modeling is instrumental in evaluating new investments and supporting our underwriting processes.

Also joining in 2024, McGreen adds depth to ERI’s Acquisitions team with his strong analytical abilities and real estate investment experience. In his role, McGreen is focused on conducting thorough due diligence, analyzing prospective acquisitions, and supporting ERI’s strategic investment initiatives. McGreen holds a degree in finance along with an MBA from Providence College. He most recently served as an Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust, with previous internship experience at CrossHarbor Capital Partners, Picerne Real Estate Group, and the Virtus Group.
