Equity Resource Investments Welcomes Kait Lucia as Head of Business Development

Equity Resource Investments, LLC (ERI) is pleased to announce the addition of Kaitlyn (Kait) Lucia as our new Head of Business Development. Kait has more than 15 years of experience in Business Development and Investor Relations, which will enhance ERI’s capabilities in both departments.

Lucia joins ERI from Constitution Capital Partners, where she served as Director of Investor Relations. Her career began at King Street Capital Management in New York City, followed by a significant role at Gotham Asset Management, where she helped build out their Investor Relations Department and expand the firm’s product offerings. Lucia is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of Boston, and an alumni member of Golden Seeds, an angel investing network that invests in women-led startups. Her experience and leadership are significant assets to ERI and both its
Business Development and Investor Relations teams. Lucia resides in Canton, MA with her husband and two children.
