Craig Roddy

Craig Roddy joined ERI in 2013 as a member of the firm’s Asset Management group and is also a member of ERI’s Investment Committee. His responsibilities include evaluating prospective investments, monitoring the performance of existing assets and overseeing the execution of asset-level business plans. In the past Craig has worked in ERI’s Acquisitions group to underwrite potential transactions and prepare investment committee presentations. Prior to joining ERI, Craig worked for Maverick Real Estate Partners as an Acquisitions Analyst and focused on distressed debt investments. Prior to enrolling in business school, he worked in the construction management industry and held project management positions with various firms in New England.

Craig holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
