Kaitlyn Lucia

Kaitlyn Lucia joined ERI in 2024 and currently serves as ERI’s Head of Business Development. Immediately prior to joining ERI, Kaitlyn was the Director of Investor Relations at Constitution Capital Partners. Kaitlyn’s career began at King Street Capital Management where she held roles on the Investor Relations and Marketing Team. She later joined Gotham Asset Management where she built out the Investor Relations Department. At Gotham, Kaitlyn obtained her Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Kaitlyn is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.A. in Economics from SUNY Geneseo.
