Kevin Carlson

Kevin Carlson joined ERI in 2021 as an Associate in the firm’s Asset Management group. His responsibilities include monitoring the performance of existing investments and performing valuations on portfolio assets.

Prior to joining ERI, Kevin worked as a Senior Analyst at The RMR Group, an alternative asset management company. While at RMR, Kevin was responsible for portfolio and property-level analysis, and the evaluation of potential acquisition and mortgage opportunities. Kevin started his career in acquisitions at AEW Capital Management where he was involved in investment analysis, due diligence and preparation of investment memoranda.

Kevin holds a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
