Rachael Gregory joined ERI in 2025 as an Analyst in the firm’s Asset Management group. Her responsibilities include monitoring the performance of existing investments and performing valuations on portfolio assets.

Rachael holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
