Seanna Villarreal

Seanna Villarreal joined ERI in 2026 and currently serves as ERI’s Administrative Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees office administration and day to day operations, working closely with the Investor Relations, Legal, and Finance teams to support the organization’s operational needs.

Seanna brings a diverse professional background with experience across real estate law, the music industry and biotechnology, providing her with a broad perspective as she continues her career in the real estate sector.

Ms. Villarreal holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
