Caci Rhuda

Caci Rhuda joined ERI in 2024 as an Associate in the firm’s Acquisitions group. Her responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting portfolio investments. Prior to joining ERI, Caci worked in acquisitions for Berkeley Partners, a real estate investment fund based in Oakland, CA. At Berkeley Partners, Caci was responsible for the underwriting and evaluation of value-add industrial real estate investments in major markets throughout the U.S. East Coast. Caci started her career in Miami at Starwood Property Trust where she was involved in portfolio and investment management for commercial mortgage-backed securities investing.

Caci holds a B.S. in Real Estate & Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut.
