Spencer Tonies

Spencer Tonies joined ERI in 2020 as an Analyst in the firm’s Asset Management group. His responsibilities include monitoring the performance of existing investments and performing valuations on portfolio assets.

Prior to joining ERI, Spencer worked as an Investment Analyst at Boston Capital where he was responsible for monitoring the financial performance of a portfolio of low-income housing tax credit properties.

Spencer holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
