Dylan Kyriakakis

Dylan Kyriakakis joined ERI in 2020 as an Associate in the firm’s Acquisitions group. His responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting portfolio investments. Prior to joining ERI, Dylan worked on the acquisitions team at Henley Investments, a real estate investment firm in Boston, MA. At Henley, Dylan was responsible for underwriting, and evaluating multifamily, hospitality, and special situation opportunities.  Dylan started his career in New York at Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds) where he was involved in the underwriting and valuation of structured credit and mortgage investments.

Dylan is a CFA charterholder and holds a B.B.A in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.  He is a regular member of CFA Society Boston.
