Steve Spirou

Steve Spirou joined ERI in 2017 as a member of the firm’s Asset Management group. His responsibilities include overseeing the execution of asset-level business plans, monitoring the performance of existing investments, and leading asset dispositions. Steve has also worked alongside ERI’s Acquisitions group to underwrite potential transactions and prepare investment committee presentations.  Prior to joining ERI, Steve worked in property management at CBRE where he was responsible for property-level financial analysis and implementing comprehensive management strategies in both core and value-add investments.

Steve holds a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College (CT), and an M.B.A. with high distinction from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
