Paul Coelho

Paul Coelho is a Managing Partner at ERI.  Paul joined ERI in 2004 and currently serves as the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Head of ERI’s Acquisitions group. He is a Co-Manager of the Equity Resource Funds 2020 and 2022. Paul is responsible for deal origination, underwriting, valuing, negotiating, and executing opportunistic real estate transactions across multiple asset types including self-storage facilities, industrial properties and multifamily residential communities. Paul has extensive experience in the acquisition of minority or majority positions in limited and general partnerships through direct purchase, tender offer, or merger with a focus on affordable housing.

Paul holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts as well as an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He serves on investment and executive committees for several of ERI’s strategic partners.
